LOLLIPOP MUSIC

This is a unique program created by Niki Alexandrov and it is focussed on the very first steps in learning music. It is step-by-step method based on the student age, reading and writing skills and ability to understand.  That approach eliminates the gaps most similar methods have due to insufficient research and lack of direct experience with young students.  Niki’s academic background along with her day-to-day contact with children of different age enables her to create fun lessons that follow the most natural way of learning, growing musical skills and knowledge.

This method is taught in groups comprised of students of age of 3 and up.  Parents do not have to be in the classroom, but they would have a chance to watch the class on TV monitor in the waiting area or to join the students for the last few minutes of the class.

There are lots of activities in each class and the concepts are presented in such an enjoyable manner, that children do not realise how hard they are working. Playing a keyboard, singing, art and movement are part of learning all the basics of music such as: high and low sounds, note names, rhythm, pitch, tempo and dynamics.  Children develop basic listening skills, singing, musicianship and ability to play, write and think music.
